Our rates refer to the whole flat, not each person! In the price is included the weekly change of linen and the cleaning of the flat at the end of the stay. In summer periods (without the *) the rates includes the costs of water, gas and electric power consumptions. For Christmas and Easter time, week-end and short periods the rates will be those of period "A".
* If you need to use the heating, you will decide at the moment, the cost is extra. Gas: € 1.20 (for one hour) Electric-power: € 1.00 (for KW). Every flat is provided with gas-meter and electric power-meter.
