- Our rates refer to the whole flat, not each person!
- In the price is included the weekly change of linen and the cleaning of the flat at the end of the stay.
- In summer periods (without the *) the rates includes the costs of water, gas and electric power consumptions.
- For Christmas and Easter time, week-end and short periods the rates will be those of period "A".
- * If you need to use the heating, you will decide at the moment, the cost is extra.
- Every flat is provided with gas-meter and electric power-meter.
